my symptoms started very similar to early pregnancy symptoms. Frequent urination, nausea, and fatigue. Feeling not like myself, tired all the time, want to lay day. When I do go pee it comes out fast and I pee a lot. This week, i started spotting with some mucus, now its more spotting just small amount of blood, like a drop. My period should start any day now, but it does not feel like normal period cramps, unusual cramps that hurt, my back hurts closer to my kidneys and I pee a lot. I have a history of bladder infections and UTI s and kidney stones, but this does not feel like that. I m still peeing a lot with powerful stream.
