I had a fasting blood test done some years ago to see if I might be diabetic. At that time it came back negative. I've since had regular blood work done and I assume my GP checked for blood glucose levels. However, I have a constellation of symptoms that seem consistent with diabetes, or at least prediabetes. I have strong thirst even though I drink upwards of two litres of water a day, I have to urinate frequently (often waking multiple times a night because of this), I have night sweats, I suddenly become ravenous (often in the middle of the night), I have tingling in my hands, feet, calves, and arms. I feel generally "sick". Today I was so fatigued I was seriously worried. I used to exercise a lot (average 45 minutes intense cardio 5 days a week) but can no longer do so due to severe plantar fasciitis. Since I've become more sedentary I've noticed a worsening in these symptoms.
