What Causes Frequent Urination, Strong Odor, Increased Hunger And Thirst?

Hi my name is Nicole. My question is that I have been eating a lot more then normal, I'm always thristy I have to urine a lot but it has a strong oder to it. The bottom of my feet kill me. And my vision is off. Like really blurry. I wear glasses and thought that maybe they were dirty but they are clean. I saw the eye doctor a few months ago. So I don't think I need new glasses again cause I just got these. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? Please help if possible. thank you :)

1. with all these symptoms one should suspect 'diabetes' and as such initially go for blood sugar profile and urine examination and thereafter act accordingly.

PS. also check with thyroid test simultaneously and with higher investigations [like CT-head] if necessary.
