What Causes Frequent Urination While On Baclofen?

I have Central Pontine Myleonosis. I have bee taking baclofen 10 mg three times each day.Until recently the urine flow was often & heavy. In the last few days the flow has decreased to short flows with minimal amounts of urine being released. Does the amount of baclofen need to be increased. There does not appear to be any reason for this to happen.
