Hello and welcome to HCM, Desire to pass urine frequently can be due to urinary tract infection. In males, frequent urination is associated with enlarged prostate also. The prostate starts enlarging above the age of 45. Thus, I suggest you to get an urine examination and also consult a surgeon or urologist for examination of the prostate if you are above 40-45 years. In case there is evidence of urine infection, a culture needs to be done to identify the causative organism. Dizziness can occur due to various reasons. Some of them include low blood pressure, vaso-vagal syncope, association with nausea etc. A clinical assessment is required to know the probable cause of dizziness.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
