What Causes Frequent Urination With Penile Discharge?

I have a white discharge from my penis. If I do not urinate for a while it seems to dry and seal my pee hole causing blockage. No burning when going just feels like there is a blockage or passing a stone (not nearly that painful) Frequent urination during sleep and the feeling of pressure. a feeling like I still need to go. My primary gave me a antibiotic that cleared it up but came back. Reordered antibiotics and cleared up. Has returned in about a week or two. Thank you Wishon

I have gone through your case and being your physician I completely understand your health concern....
Based upon the history you have provided you still got urinary tract infection...If i have to treat you i will stop your all the antibiotics for 48 hours and do your blood culture and midstream urine culture and sensitivity testing... Then start antibiotics according to culture report.
Meanwhile drink plenty of water and avoif any sexual contact...
