What Causes Frequent Urination With Swollen, Red And Painful Vagina?

iv bein going to the bathroom alot for the past few hours ,my vaginal area hurts and stings its swollen n red also .no discharges the only way the pain decreases is wen im sitting on the toilet wen i try to pee only a few drops come out even thou i feel like i really have to pee
!! what can this be from
