What Causes Frequent Urination?

I m at 22 yo female. And ever since I can remember I always have this arousal/ urine feeling down there by my urithera(spell check) and it mostly goes away after I pee or when I can find that right spot and sort of masterbate a bit to relieve the pressure

But in your case, you say this problem is present for many years. Such persistent problem is unusual. You also point, you do have to find a point as in the case of masturbation, to temporarily stop the urge. Keeping all these given descriptions in mind, it seems that your problem could be obsession. Mainly because inflammation do not stay for long. Even if you don't take any treatment, body cures self. I suggest you to ignore the urge. You may consult an urologist to get yourself investigated. You may also have to consult a psychologist.
