What Causes Frequent Urination?

Hello last night I drank a medium cup of black tea. After I finished it I went to sleep. I woke up at 4 am because I had to pee which is uncommon I never wake up in the middle of the night to pee. I ignored it and went to sleep. I woke up at 7:30 to pee in the morning. But I felt like I peed a lot today. 5 times since 7:30 and its 3:12. I drank a bottle of water and had a bowl of cereal. Is it normal to pee a lot on some days or is there something wrong with me like diabetes?

Hello,

I think you have much fluids, water and tea which caused you to urinate a lot. I don't think that just urination more one day can signify diabetes. If it happens frequently check your blood sugar levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
