What Causes Frequent Urination?

Hi, I m facing frequent urination, since I have added beetroot to my diet. Does it influence in excess urination? Because I saw in an article where it was mentioned like Beetroot removes toxins from your body through the outputs Is it true? Are shall I take a test ?

Beetroot is not known as a diuretic. Yes, it is well known for its antioxidant values. It is good to use it in your everyday diet.
