What Causes Frequent Urination,fatigue And Sharp Breast Pain After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hello, I have been taking birth control pills regularly for about 2 years now. But last Friday night/Saturday morning (June 26/27) I had unprotected sex and forgot to take my pill that Friday night. He didn t cum inside me though. It s kind of a blur but I think we also had unprotected sex that Saturday morning without him cumming inside again. That Saturday night I doubled up on my birth control. Now a week later I ve been experiencing some weird symptoms and I m not sure if it s because I m pregnant or if they re premenstrual symptoms. Since Thursday (July 2nd) through today (July 5th) I ve been experiencing fatigue, extreme moodiness, frequent urination, sharp pain in my left boob, sensitive nipples, and I can eat and eat and barely be satisfied/full. Starting yesterday I started having back pain and vivid dreams which is what s worrying me the most (I never get back pain before my periods). Do you think there s a chance I m pregnant?

Hi,

All these symptoms can be because of premenstrual syndrome however possibility of pregnancy can't he ruled out because missing one dose may not be the cause but contraceptive methods have slight chances and failure rates. For reassurance you can take urine pregnancy test at home or get beta HCG levels and ultrasound pelvis after visiting your primary physician. Meanwhile, OTC analgesic like Acetaminophen may be helpful for symptomatic relief.
