Dear Friend.
Puffiness under eyes can be a result of excessive tiredness and lack of sleep.
But I would advice you following investigations to find any medical reason for it.
Since I have not seen it , I suggest you to either send me a photograph of your face or consult a good physician nearby.
I recommend following investigations:
1. Liver Function test to see for any reduced albumin levels.
2. Kidney function test to rule out kidney problems like nephrotic syndrome.
3 . Urine routine and microscopy.
Just check if you have been prescribed a diuretic for swelling leading to excessive urination.

Good Luck
