What Causes Frequent Urination,weakness And Mild Cramps?

I am 24 years old. I have been on the Depo shot for 3 years but normally everytime its time for me to get my next shot I always get a period. Last month I just Had minor spotting and it stopped after two days, I was scheduled to get my shot between march 1-20 and I didn t go, I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I still have been getting some symptoms such as breast tendernest, my nipples are sore and always hard, always tired and sleepy, frequent urination, cravings and light headedness and I have some mild cramps from time to time what does this mean?

Hi thanks for your question.
The symptoms which you have described all are of pregnancy. You missed your shot due between March 1 and 20, so there are chances that you may have conceived. The reason for negative pregnancy test could be that you may have done it little too early. Pregnancy test usually turns out positive 10 days after the missed period or 40 days from your last cycle. Repeat the pregnancy test to confirm or rule out pregnancy as cause for your symptoms.
