What Causes Frequent Vomiting, Fever And Constipation In A Child?

hi my 15 year old autistic son is very ill today. it started today around 2:00 am. he started vomiting allot all of a sudden and stopped for a while then vomiting again a second time but the second time he said he had soiled himself but it was all clear. meaning his poop was clear. he has had a fever since then. and now told me that he is constipated . not sure what medicine to get..can u tell me whats wrong with him.?

Hello,

It may be due to gastroenteritis. For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis and ultrasound abdomen after pediatrician consultation. You can give syp acetaminophen, ondensetron after consultation. He may require antibiotics after consultation. Maintain proper hygiene.
