What Causes Frequent Vomiting In A Child?

My 6 year old son has had vomiting spells off and on over the past 3 weeks. It only lasts a few hours then he acts fine, this has happened in the past and we ve been to the doctor many times and they just say he has s curious. What if it s more and how do I find out if it is.

Hi,

If his ultrasound and x-ray abdomen erect are normal, then it is some food allergy as gluten or lactose intolerance. Please request your doctor to exclude these.
