What Causes Frequent Watery Diarrhea With Foul Odor?

Oct 15, frequent watery diarrhea with particularly strong odor. Suspected giardia 5 days of strong antibiotics along with potent probiotics. Still experiencing diarrhea 5 days later, 10 days of flagyl. No mucous or blood in stool. Nov 30, continuing probiotics, but still experiencing watery diarrhea and using cream for diaper rash . Female, 64, AC1=5.8, thyroid removed 6 yrs ago. No diagnosis other than dumping syndrome.

Hi
get a stool routine and microscopy done , in case if stool routine and microscopy in shows infection , get a stool culture and sensitivity done.
Dumping syndrome or irritable bowel syndrome can be the most likely diagnosis .
I would like you to take loperamide 4mg stat followed by recicadotril 100mg thrice daily till watery stools stop .
Psyllium seed husks can be taken twice daily to make stols thick
oral rehydration solution should be taken with every watery stool.
