What Causes Frequent Watery Stools Post Food Intake?
In the last month or so i have been experiencing diarreha within half an hour of eating, taking vitamins, usually hits me worst in the morning. most times the first time its mostly water, very watered almost always i must visit the toilet again 1, 2,3, more times
Hi...Can understand your concern....As per your query about watery stools after eating suggestive of infection in GIT ,lactose intolerance or sometimes wheat intolerance may develop....This can be confirmed by stool culture and senstivity.....You need to take more fluids and ORS to maintain hydration in the body as you are having the problem around 1 month..Probiotics like bifilac will be helpful..Avoid dairy products like milk,cream,butter and cheese but yoghurt or curd can be taken..
