What Causes Frequent Yeast Infection After Fallopian Tube Surgery?
I have had a bad yeast infection every month since I had my Fallopian tubes removed. They always come just before or just after my period. Besides me being miserable, It s affecting my job and my family!! Please help! Could there be a connection to my hormones??

Noted your history of recurrent yeast infection after removal of Fallopian tubes, comes on every month just before or after period, makes you miserable, affecting job and family too. Wants to know whether connected to Hormones.
The commonest cause is change of local Ph values in vagina just before or after period. This is because there is natural congestion and thus causes the changes.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Gynecologist during the attack so that swab can be taken for confirmation and to see for any preliminary cause like cervicitis and so on.
Use protection during intercourse.
Also get husband treated.
Local treatment and medications will be as per the cause found and as prescribed.
