What Causes Frequently Occurring Black Moles On Face?
hello,I have an black moles on my face..i have only few from my child hood..but now there are more numbers..it will be light and then it becomes dark I have no plain or harm from it..But i am worried only about the looks.I have consulted three different doctors ..they told its heridity or sun burns thats it
thanks for asking, black moles on face is most probably freckles. Freckles are clusters of concentrated melanin which are most often visible on people with a fair complexion. A freckle is also called an ephelis. Freckles do not have an increased number of melanin producing cells (melanocytes), but instead have cells that overproduce melanin granules changing the coloration of the skin. it can also be dermatosis papulosa nigra. consult your dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis. Freckles are not a skin disorder, but people with freckles generally have a lower concentration of photo protective melanin, and are therefore more susceptible to the harmful effects of UV radiation. It is suggested that people whose skin tends to freckle should avoid overexposure to sun and use sunscreen. regards
