General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would advise you to get his stool tested for any infection, a stool culture would be helpful to diagnose. In the meantime, give him as much fluids and electrolytes as possible to avoid dehydration. You can give him any antispasmodic drops (like Buscopan) for getting relief from cramps under the guidance of treating doctor. I recommend you to take him to a pediatrician at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
