What Causes Full Body Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

I get up at 5.30 walk the dogs for an hour go to work until 2pm them walk the dogs again for an and half by 8pm Im so tired I go to bed. Then wake at 2am usually. I ache from head to toe and need sleep most days have a really bad headache and have another stye in my right eye. I dont enjoy eating will have a salad for lunch cereal bar am and soup or a sandwich pm.
