What Causes Fullness And Muffled Hearing After Waking Up?

My self 30 yr old male.5 days back I had raised early morning feeling fullness of rt ear or block of eustachian tube ,muffling sound frm this ear and after 3-4 hr pain in same ear and same side 1st lower molar fragmented tooth pain occurs then next day throbbing type pain in molar thooth and rt earache and same fullness of ear and fever which subside only taking aceclo plus serarato bt next day ear has coming out sm fluid and i have already antibiotic amoxclav from 2 days so plzz tell me what is possibilities of my prob and managment for same.

Hi,

You can have caries or infected tooth which can lead to referred pain in the ear.

Sometime antibiotic course might not enough and further management needed in the form of root canal therapy.

So kindly get checked your dental evaluation. If in examination no pathology in teeth then ear examination needed.
