What Causes Fullness And Yellow Fluid Drainage From Ears?

I have had a feeling of fullness in my ears for a couple of months, I have had steroids, antibiotics (x2 pills types), ear drops, at least 4 times to the primary doc. Have had drainage (yellowish fluid on q-tip...) tiny amounts.Would a decongestant help?

it appears to be Eustachian tube block. consult ent specialist before taking any drug. prohibit head bath. recomanded ifral nasal drop and saline nasal spray.
