Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from parosmia. It may be due to common cold or olfactory nerve problems or infections or sinusitis etc. Use water vapor inhalation twice a day for five days. Use cap.b complex once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
