What Causes Fuzziness In Eyes And Headache While Diagnosed With Cataracts?

I was diagnosed with slight cataracts 4 years ago. In the last year, my left eye is so fuzzy I have a hard time seeing with BOTH eyes, it so effects my vision. I am a medical transcriptionist and have a headache now working. I do wear prescription glasses. Thanks!

status of cataract in both eye should be assessed.may have to go for surgery in one eye. the doctor has to decide the eye to be taken up first. better go for phako emulsification.
