What Causes Fuzzy Feeling In The Head When Lying Down?

I have noticed a fuzzy feeling in my head lately. a couple of times while laying down, I had just woken up, was not getting up. and then today on the 3 mile drive home, while driving. Did not feel like I was out of control or would faint. I m 53 female 30 lbs over weight.

Hi,

You can simply check your blood pressure to rule out hypotension.

You should also check your blood glucose level as well to rule out hypoglycemia.

The prolonged dehydration or fasting also can be responsible. So rule out that history also.
