Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Fuzzy Headedness Along With Severe Headaches?
I had my period which ended a week ago today. It was a lot heavier than normal and lasted longer. (Usually 3 days tops but this time a whole week) Now for the last week I have been getting fuzzy headed and nauseous And also when I get fuzziness i get headaches. I am not sure what is wrong. If it could be allergies or something different. The only reason I am asking for advice is because I was told it could be signs of pregnancy but with my period last week I was wondering if that was still a possibility?
Thank you for following up. I figured you concern. LOng-term periods, low or high BP and lost of iron can cause your condition. I suggest you- 1.Control BP 2.Check blood test. 3.Diet rich iron(dates, spinach, green peas, pomegranate juice, apples,buckwheat+proteins- curd, meat, fish for absorption of iron and etc.) 4.Multivitamins (revital, zincovit-1 tablet 1 time for 1 month) 5.Iron tablets in prophylaxis dosage I don't think that you are pregnant, but if you are confused then do test for pregnancy and you will rule out it. Take care! Best regards Dr.Sagar Gaurav Shrivastva
