What Causes Gain In Weight Despite Exercises?

I am 53 years old I work all day my job is walking all day I work out in the morning for about 30 minutes before getting ready for work an like I said ones I get to work I walk all day long I have all ways been in good shape but over the last year I ve went from size 7 to a 10 gaining weight in my stomach way me what am I doing wrong!

i think your diet is unbalanced. start having breakfast half an hour after waking up. lunch should be four hours later. dinner must b very light and atleast two hours before you go to slerp.before any meal have somethong liquid like milk or something which is low in calorific value. also pleae get a blood profile done focussing on thyroid functions and lipid profile. as we age our metabolism slows down.cut down on caffeine and stress levels.start meditation and exercising which focus on abs.
