What Causes Ganglion Cyst On Wrist And Shoulder Muscle Injury?

hi, i have a ganglion cyst on my right wrist, and pain through out it especially after repetitive fine motor movements like writing. I also have a shoulder/neck muscle injury (tingling, numbness, migraines aches) from over use (both at work). Are these injurys related? and why do they become more painful with sinus infections?
