What Causes Gargling Noises From Ovaries During Menstruation?

Hello! I hope someone can answer.. I get these weird gargling noises coming from my ovaries when it first started it was only one that would do it..and it was always after my menstruation..now it s both of them and it happens during my menstruation and after for like 5 to 10 minutes a couple of times during da day, it is very loud and I can feel the vibration of the gargling on the side of my hips I know it s not my stomach and I don t feel gassy at all.. Is this normal? Should I be concern? And what is causing this?
