What Causes Gas And Gurgling Noises In Stomach After Having Protein Shakes?
hi i went to the gym, had a protein shake 8oz with h2o, then had beans, pasta with mayo, mustard and turkey ham with grape juice. For over an hr ive been super gassy and my tummy making noise, bubbly (right side). I sat on the toilet and nothing. HELP. I cant go to school like this.
Too much of protein foods can make you feel gassy. Have well balanced meals. Avoid beans, cabbage , pulses when you are already feeling this way. Avoid spicy and oily food.Have warm water to drink at regular intervals. A tablet of GelusilMPS or pantoprazole might help, please consult your treating physician regarding this. Bland rice gruel with salt might be soothing in this kind of condition.
HI Well come to HCM Taking protein shake for body building purpose is questionable because this could cause digestion function disturbances, better to avoid this instead have natural protein that you could get form staple diet, if you have some digestion disturbance then stop this protein shake every would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day,
