What Causes Gastric And Acidity Problem? Suggest Treatments

hi my name is gourab ganguly my age is 23 , my sgpt is very high , i am having gas and acid problem throughout the day.I am a alcoholic.My head is also rounding few times a day and i am feeling very uncomfortable where there is crowded. why is it?? how can this stop?

Hello
SGPT i.e. alanine aminotransferase or ALT is found primarily in liver disease ( high level >50 I U).
There are so many reasons which causes high level of liver enzyme ( sgot , sgpt).
In your case one reason is clear & that is alcohol , which you are taking regularly .
Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of liver .
As you mentioned that you are also having gas problem and acidity problem . Take following measures for the relief.
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks . It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before you lie down.To help control stomach acid one should not drink ALCOHOL or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates or spicy or greasy foods.
For relief take some antacid but if symptoms are sever then you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantaprazole-D once or twice in day.
