What Causes Gastritis Along With Vomiting Up Of Brown Substance?

I have been a meth user on and off for the pasted few years. There were moments I would feel nauseated but would go away. I eat fruit on the daily, along with taking endless amounts of vitamins. Couple hours after smoking, I vomited. I stay hydrated and chew non sugar gum. Anywho, my vomit was stomach acid, water, and this brown substance. What should I do? This hasn t happened before, till now.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of gastritis along with vomiting up of brown substance. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , constipation , food poisoning and electrolyte imbalance. need not to worry. Drink plenty of fluids and avoid intake of sharp and spicy food substances. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , antiemetic drug and antibiotics. Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist . For now take antihistamine like zyrtec and avoid food which can cause gal and allergy like nuts and cabbage .
