What Causes Gastritis And Burning Sensation In The Chest?

Hi I am a 28 years old male , I am suffering from too much gas . Occasionally I do have a burning sensation in my chest , I makes me very difficult to follow the daily routine as I am always on an urge to release gas Sometimes i do feel like fullness and a sensation of vomiting if I do eat a lot, too much of drinking water also makes me feel like vomiting, I was recommended pan - L by a doctor but dint worked , plz suggest something which will really help me to overcome this Thank you

You have gastritis problem that nay be because of h.pylori infection of more NSAIDS drugs consuption.

More fatty foid consuption cause more gas problem.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease may cause chest burning sensation and gas problem.

Stress and smoking cause this type of problems.
Consent a gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis.

Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods.
Don't take stress.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, onion,turnip etc....
Drink more water.
For gas relief you can take simethicone drug.
