What Causes Gastritis And Dizziness While Suffering From Diabetes?

HI Partner is diabetic and he was diagnosed 9 years ago. but now he is always sick having stomach problems like gastric or ulcers we are not sure exactly what is the problem. He is losing appetite and he does not have energy and feeling dizzy, he cannot sleep at night too

Uncontrolled diabetes can affect the stomach though this is usually movement of the stomach or intestines (causes diarrhea or constipation).

He may have ulcers if he had a previous history of reflux which would require reflux medication. Testing for the h pylori bacteria which can worsen reflux symptoms, may also be needed.
If this bacteria is found, he would also need a course of antibiotics.

It would be best for him to be assessed.
