What Causes General Weakness Along With Loss Of Appetite And Sleeplessness?

I feel very tired for the past 3-4 days. just want to lie down all the time.For 2 nights I had heart burn. Do not feel like drinking or eating anything. Not sleeping properly. Have dry lips. Iam a 32year old housewife. Have 2 toddlers.i was active allthetime till last week. Do not know what happened.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that because of the hyperacidity such symptoms is just likely and in my opinion this condition need to be treated with, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time, take care and have a nice day.
