What Causes General Weakness And Body Tremors?

why is it that i feel weak, no energy at all even after eating, shaky, it seems like there is something stopping nutrient reaching my head. done blood test recently for diabetes, thyroids and iron and all came out negative. i dont know what else to do or check out for so i can feel normal again. please help. thanks
