General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should check the thyroid function because you may be having low thyroid which can cause the symptoms of weakness and fatigue. Increasing the Synthroid dosage may help you with symptoms. Also, have had a viral infection lately may have caused you to be fatigued and weak. Check the hemoglobin levels because it can be iron deficiency anemia.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
