What Causes Genital Itch With Powdery Vaginal Discharge?

Hi I had got chlamydia last month and I took pills and got healed, I guess. But I had sex with a boy who has chlamydia last week, with condoms, and yesterday i had genital itch, and I have been having white powdery discharge on my underwear. Am I infected again?
