What Causes Genital Sores And White Discharge?

I had a little blister in in my vulva area. It ended up getting sore and turned into a ulcer that was open and had white discharge. A couple more little blisters appeared. It is only in one area. I was swabbed for herpes and still waiting the results. The doctor said it didnt look like Herpes to her. My bacterial swap came back clean but with the normal strep b in it. Is there any other possible infection that may not be the herpes virus?
