4 days ago, I was exposed to some poison ivy. I washed my hands,arms and face with soap and water within 2hrs of contact. On second day after exposure I started noticing red bumps on my arms and face. On third day after exposure I felt discomfort on my penis and looking at it, it was badly swollen- it looked like a distorted water balloon. I went to a pharmacy and got an anti-histamine and 1% hydro-cortisone cream On day 4, my testicles swelled up to the size of a grape fruit. What can be done to reduce the swelling
