What Causes Giddiness And Vomiting?

Hai doctor my name is shyamala....my dad is having few problem like guidiness,vomiting,and while sleeping he is getting tat guidiness and while getting up also he as the same plm and doctor gave him vertin8mg,trental400mg ,paracetmol,rrclfv so kindly give me suggestion

HI.
Good to know that you worry about your Dad so much.

This is called vertigo , which gives all the problems you have stated.
I think he may need to increase the dose of vertin to 16 mg twice daily; get a strict bed rest. This is usually self limiting.
If the symptoms persist, you may consult an ET and Neurologist to get a diagnosis which may be an underlying factor.
The investigations required are :::
MRI of the brain and Ears / angiography of the neck and brain blood vessels.
