Hi,
It seems that you might be having little hypoglycemia in the morning giving this problem.
After night food it becomes practically 8-10 hours in the morning producing low sugar level giving rise giddiness many a times.
Take some sugar or sugar lemon water and observe the effect.
Postural hypotension does cause this feeling but it can happen during day time when you suddenly stand up after lying position.
Ok and take care.
