What Causes Giddiness, Nausea And Headache?

I am having headache from past 1 week followed by giddiness.. I have just started to work in night shift.. I get proper sleep.. But I become sick in office.. Also I feel like I am gonna puke.. And shortness of breath also.. Lastly I really don t feel like having anything.. So from past 4 days I dint have much.. Just a cup of tea, soup,fruit bowl,etc.. If I have proper food I feel pukish again..what should I do??
