What Causes Giddiness While Having Mitral Valve Prolapse?

Hello Doctor, My son (14 yr) occasionally fells down (giddiness). We consulted the Pediatrician and PED Cardiologist - They jushttp://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/questions/Hello-Doctor-My-son-14-yr-occasionally-fells-down-giddiness/1479833t diagnosed it with Mild MVP. We done 2D ECHO test. Doctor recommended no medicines required - only lot of water and meditation. We are worried as he fells down. Please advise.

Mitral valve prolapse can cause palpitations or hypotension or arrhythmia may present like giddiness. If symptoms do not improve you may need to repair it.
