hi sir iam 50 years old lady. iam having giddiness after every wake up. my height 160 cm and weight 67 kg. lipid profile total cholestrol 191 ldl 124. bp 128/86 lipoma in the left lumbar region. no medicine taking at present. fibroid is also there what is the reason for giddiness
