What Causes Glandular Infections And Throbbing Pain In The Throat?

Hello, to begin, throughout the past two years every so often i have gotten numerous throat/ gland infections and each time it has rendered me incapable of swallowing properly, left my throat throbbing....etc. It has happened over six times, what can i do to prevent this from happening again?

Hello
Frequent episodes of sore throat may be due to chronic tonsillitis....in my opinion you should start betadine mouth wash, maintain good oral hygiene, and visit an ent to consider tonsillectomy if needed.
