What Causes Goosebumps All Over My Body?
I keep getting patches of goosebumps all over my body but I m not cold. It s a really weird sensation right before they come and it s very sporadic. Also, my left shoulder is twitching which Isnt too unusual but I didn t know if those were somehow related.

Goosebumps are due to the sudden stimulation of the nerves which supply your skin resulting in rough pimply condition of the skin.This is produced sudden emotion/excitement, cold, fear, etc.Do not panic as this does not affect your health and is self limiting.Does not need to be treated.Hope this answers your query.
