What Causes Grabbing Feeling In Chest?

Hi, sometimes I get a grabbing feeling in my chest. It is not painful but it feels like someone is holding onto the inside of my chest and yesterday while I was mowing my yard I had a couple premature heart beats and then that feeling for a second. I have been told the premature beats are not anything to worry about but I don't like that feeling. I am 42 years old and had a stress test done last year that was ok.

In my opinion you should consult cardiologist. You can also go for holter monitoring which 24 hour measurements of the ECG. So at the time of your premature beat how your heart behaves in ECG can be picked by this. As Supra ventricular tachycardia behaves in same fashion.
