What Causes Gradually Increasing Pain In Shins And Calves After Hip Replacement?

I m a 67 year old overweight female with both hips replaced. Lately I ve experienced gradually increasing pain in my shins and calves and by the end of the day find mobility, especially stairs difficult. In bed, the pain keeps me awake for hours. Also, knees seem inflamed, and difficult to bend. Thoughts?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, symptoms could be suggestive of muscular spasm and in my opinion or if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
